I couldn't help but hum "Back In Time" as I drew this strip out. Also where are my Back to the Future DVDs? I need to re-watch the first two movies stat!
Writer's Note:
As much as I like making a Back to the Future reference, the visual punchline to this comic was pretty tough to do since the resolution on the old SNES Mario Kart is really, really low. It's something I'll keep in mind for future strips.
That being said I'm really looking forward to the 200cc mode. It's probably the closest thing we'll get to a straight up F-Zero sequel on the Wii-U.
