On the topic of Markiplier: the guy seems like a cool dude, and I do find myself quite entertained by a few of the videos I've seen him in. And that voice man, he has an awesome voice. I wonder if he's done any voice acting...

This isn't the first time we've addressed the growing popularity of Youtube in a comic. Currently I see no end to the growth of these new hyper-niche internet celebrities...at least until there is a substantial decline in online video ad rates.
The summer "news drought" has been pretty intense this year. Barely any fun news topics for us to craft jokes from. We've managed to scrounge up a fun idea for this Thursday, but I really hope something interesting pops up before we have to work on next week's strip.
