Divinity elves couldn't exist in our world. They'd all go crazy just from the amount of psychic damage they'd suffer from the processed foods that we eat on a regular basis.
Also, they'd probably be arrested for cannibalism.
Writer's Note:
What's truly horrifying is the fact that she ate that McNugget without any sauce. One does not simply eat a dry McNugget. You need lubrication, less you choke on your own guilt.
