Also it's been a somewhat rough few days for me, so the art's suffered a bit. I'll try to bring my A-game to the next strip.

While I'm not usually a fan of Polygon, they had a really good video piece explaining some of the development work that went into making the Leviathan Axe recall animation so satisfying. It's kind of heartening to know that so much effort went into such a subtle piece of game design, and that it paid off so well. I mean, it's almost as satisfying as making Atreus a sad boy, which remains, in our biased opinion, the most satisfying part of GoW.
