I know Galar is supposed to be based on England, but Game Freak is definitely playing fast and loose with its references, nodding to 1970s punk culture and 18th century’s industrial revolution at the same time.
Still, if that’s what it takes to get a top-hat-wearing-aristocratic-industrialist Wheezing, then I’m all for it.
